“The fight to stop mountaintop removal is a fight to protect our democracy. I stand against mountaintop removal mining because it’s inconsistent with America’s values, Including justice, democracy, humanity, and idealism.” –  Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

Your tax-deductible donation will help Climate Ground Zero continue efforts to abolish mountaintop removal to protect America’s majestic mountains, our water, our air and our world, helping to fund our non-profit.

Climate Ground Zero is an ongoing campaign of non violent civil disobedience in Appalachia to end mountaintop removal. Since 2005 we have maintained an office and base camp on the Coal River in Rock Creek, West Virginia to support community resistance to the destruction of the land, water and climate caused by strip mining.

To stop mountaintop removal, we need to put public pressure on government and the coal industry, and with the help of your generous donations, we will continue to fight for justice in Appalachian communities.

NOTE: Any donation should be made out to Climate Ground Zero. Climate Ground Zero is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and all contributions are tax-deductible.  All payment information is protected.
